Wellness programs provide improv workshops, classes, and performances which use the embodied art of improv for therapeutic applications. They include classes such as Improv for Anxiety, and partnerships with substance use and addiction recovery centers. 100% of wellness program participants report feeling joy during the class, and organizational partners report that improv class is a well attended, client favorite at recovery centers. Wellness programs served 1169 people and included 114 sessions.

Improv at work is team building and workforce development mostly through partnerships with other nonprofit organizations, and sometimes for profit corporations. This program occurred 9 sessions and served 160 people.

3 FUN shows were improv shows open to the public to see previous program participants perform on stage, as well as engage in improv as an audience member. 328 people attended FUN shows.
