Mission Teams: This program mobilizes short-term volunteers from partner churches and communities to serve alongside UNUM's team in Guatemala, supporting outreach, construction, education, and discipleship efforts. In 2024, UNUM hosted five mission trips in 2024, welcoming over 100 volunteers. These teams assisted with local development efforts, children's ministry, construction projects, and discipleship events, providing vital encouragement and labor in support of UNUM's long-term community development strategy.

Global Fund: The Global Fund financially supports the expansion and implementation of UNUM International's holistic care model in underserved communities around the world. In 2024, the Global Fund enabled the implementation of UNUM's programs in four Guatemalan communities, covering logistics, staffing, and programmatic expenses. It also supported the coordination of five international mission trips and provided infrastructure support for the organization's coffee-based sustainability initiative.

Other Programs: Leadership Development equips young leaders with academic, spiritual, and leadership training to prepare them for long-term impact in their communities. In 2024 eight students enrolled in UNUM's college-level leadership program received tuition, educational supplies, and participated in spiritual formation and leadership conferences. In addition, 25 high school seniors graduated from the R12 program, a discipleship-based leadership development initiative. Coffee Program: This social enterprise initiative supports economic development and long-term sustainability by selling coffee grown in partnership with local farmers. This revenue contributes to our education, nutrition programs and leadership development for children and families. This approach allows us to address both physical and spiritual hunger while empowering entire communities to thrive. In 2024 UNUM processed and distributed over 200 pounds of coffee, supporting ministry operations and generating awareness for its mission. Our coffee initiative continues to grow fueling our vision of a Guatemala free from hunger, malnutrition and the limitations of illiteracy.
