Uplift Community Outreach

Uplift Community Outreach exists to empower children, families, and communities by nourishing both body and mind. We are dedicated to feeding the hungry, supporting families, and providing academic support, life skills education, and compassionate services that break barriers to success. Through food assistance, tutoring, mentorship, workforce preparation, and community programs, we create pathways to hope, healing, opportunity, and lasting change.
