Abortion services-uhpp offers abortion services in the service area. Both medication and in-clinic abortion are offered. The service includes pregnancy testing, options counseling, referrals for prenatal care or adoption as desired. Patients that choose to terminate pregnancy are given an ultrasound for accurate gestational age, abortion and follow-up care. Each patient is given a full range of options to consider for birth control after the procedure is complete.

Public affairs-uhpp leads grassroots organizing, community outreach and education activities with the goal of creating a fair and just community through an inclusive democratic process. This goal is focused on improving access to reproductive health care, public health in general and empowering all people to have control of their health and their future. Uhpp also participates in limited direct lobbying of elected leaders at the local, state and national level in service of the same goals.
