The upper ohio valley sexual assault help center (sahc) believes that the crimes of sexual assault and sexual abuse are a public policy issue, touching all aspects of a victim's life, the lives of her /his family members and the community-at-large. It is the commitment of the sexual assault help center to provide support and community education in order to empower the victim/survivor to achieve a healthy resolution and to decrease these crimes.

The Upper Ohio Valley Sexual Assult Help Center offers presentations at schools, clubs, and community events in our five-county service area.
The Upper Ohio Valley Sexual Assult Help Center offer an intake appointment for counseling for anyone impacted by sexual violence (individuals who are survivors of sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual abuse, and stalking).
The Upper Ohio Valley Sexual Assult Help Center has advocates who will work with incarcerated victims and survivors within the Northern Regional Jail in Marshall County. We provide confidential support to these inmates through phone calls, letters, and one-on-one visits. Also, to work with family members whose loved one has been assaulted behind bars.
