Vermont comforts of home - providing service in compliance with the regulations of the adult family care program under vermont's choices for care initiative, working to develop community-based options of care for people requiring a nursing home level of support.
Case management - coordinates service functions performed on behalf of eligible clients, encompassing all activities necessary for multiple providers and/or programs to co-exist.
Day services - primarily social and recreational services provided outside the residential setting, with minimal emphasis on structured, professionally rendered programming.
Respite - short-term interventions provided, in or out of the home, to enable families to meet the demands of everyday living, vacation or to cope with unexpected events.
Vocational services - assist developmentally disabled people in finding and maintaining employment in regular work settings.
