Upstate New York Chapter Of The Society Of Industrial And Office R

The mission of thise chapter is to have jurisdiction over and to extend membership to invdividuals and/or firms located in certain upstate new york counties who are eligible for membership in accordance with the standards and requirements of the national society of industrial and office realtors (sior). The organization cooperates with all new york state provincial and local agencies and activities helpful to industrial and office real estate and assists the officers of sior in qualifying applicants for membership. In addition the organization assists local authorities in planning, zoning, and developing facilities and location suitable for industrial and office development.
