Mission
To develop and provide programs, facilities, and resources to aid youth and their families in their spiritual, physical, emotional and educational development. In accordance with our sincerely held religious beliefs.
Programs

The development and teaching of biblical studies, a christian worldview and spiritual formation for individuals is an integral part of the ministry work. In addition, coordination of grants and programs with other compatible non-profit and religious organizations was an on-going component of the ministry. Lastly, efforts towards university accreditation with a christian university was also initiated. Staff and volunteer hours exceeded 3,000 hours for the year.
Project development of multi-use facilities for youth and adult education, wellness, sports, recreation and spiritual care are an active part of the ministry of upward bound youth. More than 2,000 hours were invested and substantial coordination, participation, and grant-making, with compatible non-profit ministries, were initiated during the year.
