The stars shooting lab, which offers sessions year around. We purchased multiple dr. Dish ct shooting machines to offer specialized training for athletes to experience maximized shot repetitions with instant instruction and feedback. The stars shooting lab now features four dr. Dish ct shooting machines. Coaching staff is on-site to provide coaching, feedback, and encouragement. This program is offered to elementary age athletes through college level athletes. This program allowed elite athletes to book sessions to improve their shooting during the off season, weekends, and in their free time. We incorporate scripture connected to sports through a stars lab newsletter, and also through the lab core teaching points: foundation, balance, and finish. Another shooting lab product, lab plus(+), includes time on the shooting machines, speed/agility training, and time on a vertimax machine. The lab plus(+) product is a small-group workout (no more than five athletes), and targets upper-elementary age athletes through high school athletes. 30 minute sessions will be offered year-round.
