Home infusion - the home infusion program is a joint program of the university of rochester medical center ("urmc") and ur medicine home care, licensed services, inc. ("urmhcls"). They deliver an integrated system that extends urmc's clinical expertise into the home care setting. Urmhcls provides patient-centered infusion therapy and medical care safely and effectively in the patient's home. Home care clinicians ensure that the patient and caregivers are taught effectively and are comfortable with the provided service and procedures.

Nurse-family partnership - providing one-on-one home visits by a specifically trained registered professional nurse to first-time, low-income mothers and their children who reside in the poorest neighborhoods in rochester.
