Urban edge is dedicated to strengthening communities and families together, we build affordable housing and vibrant, prosperous neighborhoods.

Real estate development - finances the acquisition and renovation of low income rental properties and stimulates business growth and employment opportunities.

Asset management - urban edge has developed and preserved over 1,500 units of affordable housing and continues to operate over 1,450 units of housing and commercial space within our portfolio. The purpose of the asset management function is to maintain the highest quality and most financially sound housing throughout our rental housing portfolio. This includes ensuring financial performance, high occupancy rates and maintaining the physical assets. Asset management also charged with overseeing the third party property management company.
