Programs
2 programs
Real estate development programs: this program works to close the racial gap in homeownership by developing high-quality, energy-efficient rehabilitations and new constructions to be sold at affordable rates to low- and middle-income, first-time homebuyers. As of 2024, this program has developed or redeveloped 108 homes for purchase.
Community engagement programs: this program co-creates communities where trust among neighbors is high, connections are strong, and historically silenced voices are amplified and heard to transform their neighborhoods. The organization creates opportunities to amplify the gifts, skills, and leadership of our residents, collectively creating solutions in community.
