The mission of the organization is to provide essential and innovative resources for individuals, families and communities to prepare for and support graceful aging. This is accomplished primarily through providing a variety of home and community based services for the elderly, the handicapped, and their caregivers.

Respite services provide in-home assistance and relief to caregivers of frail, homebound elders aged sixty and over. The intent of respite is to provide family caregivers with a much needed break in order to allow the family unit to continue caring for a homebound elder without becoming ill themselves. The organization provided 117,835 hours of respite services during the fiscal year ended september 30, 2024.

Homemaking and personal care services provide in-home assistance to frail, homebound elders aged sixty and over. The intent is to provide direct assistance to clients in meeting their needs for the completion of domestic chores and provide personally attentive tasks that preserve the viability of their home and contribute to their overall health and well beinging. The organization provided 69,810 hours of homemaking and personal care services during the fiscal year ended september 30, 2024.

Other program services include a number of programs that are designed to maintain the elderly and disabled in their own homes for as long as possible, avoiding premature institutionalization. This includes various program services including senior center recreational activities, medical transportation, counseling, companionship, adult day care, resprite, specialized medical equipment, emergency alert response and caregiver training and support.
