Our major mission is to help low and moderate homeowners and senior citizens maintain their homes by providing financial grants and competent workmen Plumbers Roofers Carpenters Electricians and etc. to do the repair work. Our effort is to help low to moderate and senior citizens remain in their homes by making their homes livable and safe.

We expanded our Home Strong program which is a program that includes educating qualified homeowners in the aspects of home repairs utility usage and savings insurance coverage real estate taxes and title issues. As a part of the program we provide grants to help the homeowner make pertinent repairs to their homes in accordance with a home inspection performed by our staff.
