Urban Squash Twin Cities

Health and wellness: students receive coaching and health and wellness training through the racquet sport of squash. A squash program director and coach design each 75-minute coaching session with the support of several beyond walls student alumni coaches and community volunteer squash players. Students learn the basic skills and technical aspects of the sport alongside teaching and training for physical wellness and well-being. Selected students receive the opportunity to travel cros-country to squash tournament two times per year.
