Kidpreneurs | youth innovation and entrepreneurship programour program for middle school students ages 10-14 in grades 5-8 is offered during school hours in coordination with science and technology departments to provide students with an enriching hands-on experience in product development and opportunity recognition. Many students go on to create and present a basic business plan for the most viable concepts.

Omni print plus is a program dedicated to providing high school youth with job-readiness and career development knowledge, skills and experiences. Through an experiential learning model, aspiring young creatives and entrepreneurs from local high schools are prepared and positioned for entry-level technical and administrative positions in business and industry.

Annual youth business summit: now in its fifth year, the summit showcases students' ideas and innovations in a one-day event that gives students an opportunity to present their ideas in a shark-tank style event before a panel of local judges. Students compete for cash prizes which can be used for start-up funds or scholarships.

Summer youth internship program: a select group of high school students participate in a paid summer youth internship program for six-weeks in the summer. Students work 120 hours each and receive an immersive experience in all aspect of small business operations from marketing, sales, finance, customer service and leadership.

Getting ahead: financial empowerment programour "getting ahead in a just getting by world" workshop series is a financial literacy and financial empowerment program helps individuals struggling with financial instability receive the knowledge, guidance, and resources they need to address their financial situations and take action.
