The purpose of the u.s. Venture associates caring together fund is to raise funds from employees of u.s. Venture that are used to support employees of u.s. Venture who have suffered financial distress due to natural disasters (floods, fire, tornado, etc), spouse's loss of employment, large and unforeseen health care expenses, or other personal/family related distress.
