Mission
To enhance utah pork producer opportunities by establishing the utah pork industry as a consistent and responsible supplier of high quality pork. We do this through consumer promotion, research and education, and resource development.

Production technology & education: our industry's greatest resources are the people who support it. We offer producer training, internships, and have a high quality staff available to producers. We provide a forum where pork producers can unite and encourage youth to continue to actively participate in our agricultural communities.
