The company engaged a professional lobbying services firm to represent its interests in connection with the legislative session which meets from the middle of january to the middle of march each year. The lobbying services firm also works with various legislative committees and sponsors who are drafting proposed legislation for the upcoming legislative session to get passage which is consistent with the goals and objectives of the organization. Contributions are also made to political candidates who support the goals and objectives of the organization.
