To represent lawyers in the state of utah and serve the public and the legal profession by promoting justice, professional excellence, civility, ethics, respect for and understanding of the law.

Promote professionalism and competence in the practice of law providing educational opportunities to attorneys by means of seminars and annual conferences.
Promote low cost and/or free legal services to the public, alternative dispute avenues, and pro bono services. Regulate and approve continuing legal education presented within the state of Utah.
