* To promote and preserve the educational and socio-cultural heritage of Tamil Indian American Community residing in Utah, by organizing and developing charitable and educational activities of interest and well being of Indian American community living in Utah, including for such purposes, the making of distributions under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (or corresponding section of any future Federal Tax Code).
