The collins foundation capacity support -this grant supported our efforts to build capacity and sustainability for our organization. I june 2023, we hired a new executive director. As our organization grew tremendously throughout the covid-19 pandemic, we sought an experienced executive director to support our programming, fiscal management, fundraising, and overall vision for the organization. At this time we held a board retreat where our board of directors were able to build relationships with each other, complete strategic planning workshops, review and update our bod bylaws and processes.

Ndn collective - voyagers programvoyagers - voices of youth advancement, growth, empowerment, resiliency and success is a program that we started in the summer of 2023, that aims to support our pacific islander youth navigate through culture, tradition, identity and trauma. In addition, voyagers is youth leadership and development initiative aimed at engaging and supporting pacific islander and qtpi youth.

Expenses: $43K

Our covid-19 response program for our community, sponsored by grants from the aapcho chw2 natl workforce, multnomah county health department (mchd) and the oregon health authority (oha), wrapped up june of 2023 with a total of 546 pi community members vaccinated during the final year of our response efforts. With the end of covid, our organization continued with providing tobacco cessation and mpox programs and resource for our qtpi community with a health modernization grant from oha.
