Vadis

Vadis works with students through our school to work (stw) and pre-employment transition services (pre-ets) programs. Vocational training, job preparedness, and support is provided to students with disabilities in and outside the classroom.

Working with the division of vocational rehabilitation (dvr), vadis assists individuals with developmental disabilities in setting career goals through careful, individualized planning. We then provide job services and support to ensure success.

Working within the ability one program vadis provides custodial services at the union station in tacoma. These services are provided by individuals with disabilities and we support with job training and employment.

Vadis provides housing options to low income individuals with disabilities. Homes are adapted to meet the accommodation needs of tenants in addition to ensuring access to transportation, services and community hubs. With an affordable, quality home tenants can be active in their communities, gain independence and commute to work easily.
