Investigate and work to resolve complaints made by or on behalf of long-term care residents.

Provide training and support for family members and professional caregivers and provide individuals with brain impairments something meaningful to do during the day while their caregivers are afforded the opportunity to take breaks, works outside of the home, or run errands.

Provides free and unbiased community education and individual counseling to medicare beneficiaries about medicare, supplemental plans, prescription drugs, medicare advantage plans and more.
