Housing development- valley creates and preserves affordable housing opportunities for people with low and moderate incomes, unhoused people, and other vulnerable populations in hampshire and franklin counties.

Homeownership support - assists first time home buyers with pre and post-purchase counseling, foreclosure prevention, and financial literacy counseling through workshops and one to one support.
