The Community Integrated Services Program provides based person-centered services and individualized support to assist clients in living quality lives as productive and active members of their community.

The Adult Developmental Center provides basic living skills training which assists clients in reaching their maximum level of independence and access to the community. Our curriculum includes self-advocacy, mobility training, money management, functional reading and writing, vocational and daily living training

The Thrift Store has 2 enclaves, serving 6 clients.

The Transportation program transported a total of 74 clients. The program received 21 referrals and there were 9 exits. All routes are scheduled to be less than 2 hours (longest is 1.5 hours).

The Residential Facility has the capacity to serve 14 adults. We had an average of 84% occupancy. Hours in community activities totaled 3528.

The Empowerment and Enrichment Services Program provides person-centered services that offer activities and training in daily living skills, employment readiness, functional skills development, self-advocacy, personal growth and maintenance of positive behaviors, and community access and inclusion.

The Exceed Industries provides vocational training for persons who wish to develop marketable work skills. Clientsin this program spend their time in paid work and vocational skills training.
