Nurturing environments, minimize aversive or stressful experiences, richly reinforce all types of prosocial behavior, limit opportunities and influences toward problem behavior, and promote psychological flexibility, which is a pragmatic way of living that focuses on living your values, while accepting thoughts and feelings that may discourage valued action.
