The corporation is formed for the purposes of coordinating, organizing, and supporting charitable programs and services for the benefit of the venezuelan and immigrant communities in new york city. In furtherance of these purposes, the corporation shall: (a)coordinate, organize and support educational, legal aid, community, and other charitableprograms and services for members of the venezuelan and immigrants communities in new york city; and (b) conduct any all lawful activities which may be useful in accomplishing the foregoing purposes.
