To establish and operate a permanent, nonprofit mutual benefit corporation for the mutual benefit of its members. Advance the social, economic and educational welfare of its members without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, sex, or age. To aid in the development of systems that will make for greater efficiency in all branches of public service and represented institutions. Represent those employees for whom it has, or may acquire, lawful authority to serve as the majority/exclusive representative in discussions and negotiations with employers whose employees are members, or to undertake and perform lawful acts as pertain to the employment relationship and to mutual aid and protection. To support the continuity and integrity of government. To promote justice, peace and security, founded on solid economic principles and sound management practices in accordance with the law. To strengthen and safeguard the ventura employees association by lawful means so that it may carry out
