Unite, provide resources, opportunities, encouragement, and support for growth, and advocate for all free, over-the-air broadcast television and radio stations operating in the state of vermont

Monitoring & advocacy in state & federal government to advocate on national issues. Attend state and federal legislative conferences. Monitor state and federal legistraion on advertising and promotion.
Member outreach - conducted visits at stations for member feedback surveys. Vab voice became a weekly e-newsletter, vab formed new committess. Each station group now has a liaison to the vab.
Subscrition for all vab members to local broadcast sales, offering unlimite access to on-demand training videos, sales and promotion ideas, b.e.s.t. Training program for new hires, "ask lbs- and their 2nd tuesday webinar series. Legal "hotline", offering 30 minutes of legal advice to any vab member to answer simple questions about vermont state labor and advertising laws.
