VADA offers its members the opportunity for mutual advancement and the protection of their respective businesses in state and federal legislative, regulatory arenas and in the community at large.

Environmental compliance program - Assist members with training and instruction to comply with environmental regulations. On-site Employee Safety Training Program covering industry-related VOSHA and DOL requirements.
Educational activities - Program to inform and educate consumers in the business activities of members, and to further the education of potential employees.Work with secondary and post-secondary tech school instructors on continuing education, professional development and maintaining industry standards. Provides financial support for auto tech students based on academic achievement and participation in auto tech competitions regionally and nationally.
