To develop and provide meaningful employment, learning, and community engagement opportunities and services for individuals with varying abilities and other life barriers.

Production - provides adults with disabilities the opportunity to gain employment skills while earning wages in a production environment. This also provides the added benefit of experiencing integrated employment working with many individuals of varying abilities. Skills learned and enhanced while working include effective time management, quality work performance, acceptance of supervision, on-task concentration, communication skills, and increased productivity rates.
Supported employment - creating employment opportunities in the community for clients to become independent and become contributing members of the community.
Community based residential facility, supported apartments, live-in housing, & adult family home - residential services provide a variety of home environments for individuals with varying abilities. Skills training & support is provided to residents to help them reach their greatest potential and independent growth. Areas of support may include health & medication monitoring, safety, housekeeping, nutrition, finances, shopping, daily living skills, personal hygiene, & socialization skills.
Varc provides transportation services designed to ensure safe and dignified travel for all clients to and from varc programming.
Varc provides services for children and teens ages 3-18, supporting them through skill development by providing them with new learning opportunities. In addition, varc provides childcare services under an inclusive model, serving children in an integrated setting who may not have been otherwise supported in a traditional childcare environment.
