To promote and maintain good order, oversee community coordination and communication (see sch. O) to uphold social welfare via the principles of collective impact to combat community deterioration, and to encourage social cohesion and community-centered health, wellness, and economic support in connection with the development of the northern west los angeles veterans affairs campus.
