Commeration of veterans & their contributions to america; developing public awareness of veterans' contributions to america and their sacrifices; promotion of good citizenship including the voice of democracy program in the local schools; commemoration of local public servants such as fire fighters, paramedics, & police; newsletters to members; development of a website for listing resources available to veterans; support of national, state, & district vfw organizations; providing a social outlet for veterans to gather and develop mutual support and comraderie.
