The overall purpose of vfw post 9662 is to be fraternal, patrotic, historical, charitable and educational to all veterans, our members, their families, survivors and the citizens of the community we live in. We accomplish this overall purpose by preserving and strengthening comradeship amoung our memebers, assisting comrades and their families and survivors, perpetuating the memory and history of our fallen, maintaning true allegiance to the us gonverment and our laws, fostering patriotism, maintaining the institutions of america freedom and preserving and defending the us from all enemies.
