To provide support Services to all Veterans and their Families. Troop support program is highlighted by our partnerships with active-duty reserve component and National Guard units in the KC Metro area. Provide support services to Family Readiness Organizations, Welcome Home from Deployment Activities and support to Gold Star Families.

VFW Troop support program is highlighted by our partnerships with Active Duty Reserve Componets and National Guard Units in the KC metro area their Family Readiness organizations. Events include but are not limited to recognition ceremonies, organizational day, welcome home from deployment activities and support to Glold Star Families. Our second program is to support our adopted units the Veterans and their families
VFW Community Service Programs encompass scholorships for middle and high school age youths through Voice of Democracy (VOD) and Patriot's Pen. We also recognize excellence in Scouting, Teaching and Law Enforcement through our Scout, Teacher and LEO of the Year Programs.
