The mission consists of veterans advocacy, historical education and commemoration, encouraging national security through support of our nation's men and women in uniform, promoting good citizenship and community service, encouraging america's youth to excel in athletics, community service and academics, facilitating direct assistance to needy military personnel and their families and to veterans and supporting post and district actions and activities that further these missions and promote the social well being of veterans and their families.
