The primary purpose of the organization is to establish and maintain a network within and on behalf of the faithbased, non-profit, government, business, volunteers, and other organizations and agencies which will provide coordinated long term disaster recovery efforts to assist individuals and families of victoria county, texas as they recover from disasters.
