Victory Bible University is a Free online Bible University offering Degree plans for students who want to further their education at no charge, We have many foreign students as well as U S students. The university does not discriminate to any students. They must have a high school diploma or GED to start the Bachelors program. Musts have a bachelors degree to start the masters program and a masters to start the Doctorate programs. We have been educating students since 1993.
