Provided case management to achieve employment goals such as; hvac certifications, navigating classes for licensing and gaining skills to obtain gainful employment on a long term basis.supports include; training on punctuality, professional communication with co-workers and supervisors, creative problem solving, conflict resolution, appropriate clothing for the job, care of equipment/tools, and personal responsibility.
