Vietnam veterans of america chapter 9 trust is organized to make distributions to detroit chapter 9 of vietnam veterans of merica, inc., or such other organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under irc sections 501(c)(19) or 501(c)(3). To this end, the trust is created and maintained to serve these objectives: support the social welfare of vietnam war era veterans and their dependents and descendants.
