Vieux Carre Commission Foundation

The vieux carre commission foundation shall be operated to support and further the cause of the vieux carre commission by working to preserve and protect the invaluable historic architectural heritage of the new orleans french quarter. Such work includes educational outreach to promote public awareness of preservation issues in the vieux carre, promotion of scholarly research in preservation science and the fostering of archival techniques and facilities for preserving the vieux carre commission's historical records.the vieux carre commission foundation seeks to preserve the "tout ensemble" of the french quarter's distinctive environment.
