To facilitate the creation, implementation and funding for a village-level women's gynecologic and obstetric health initiative in rural ethiopia. The primary focus will be on the treatment of women with gynecologic complications of childbirth, including obstetric fistula, and the prevention of maternal/fetal death in childbirth regardless of its cause.
