The Village of St. Edward at Wadsworth provides Assisted Living services for a level of care between skilled nursing and independent living. During 2024, to meet the increasing demand for Assisted Living services, The Village transitioned its Independent Living units to accommodate a level needed for Assisted Living.With this transition, The Village of St. Edward at Wadsworth provided 18,883 days of care in 2024. The Village participates in the Assisted Living Waiver program, a long-term care option for Medicaid recipients, and offers an alternative to nursing home placement.
The Village of St. Edward at Wadsworth provides Assisted Living Memory Care services for a level of care designed specifically to care for the aging population affected by dementia. In 2024, the Village provided 9,967 days of care in memory care.
