All selected coaches acknowledges this mission and is responsible for managing his or her team accordingly. To this end, our coaches are responsible for exhibiting proper behavior as representatives of our Club, to ensure that each child plays no less than half of each contest, to treat each player, referee, opponent, and spectator with respect and dignity.
