Parties dinners and special events: much of this activity included in items 4a above and in separate revenue and expense accounts is not kept. The several stand alone non-driving events are: two 2 holiday parties two 2 technical sessions and an annual general meeting. These events are spread out over our members locations. We generally charge for a few of the events to cover expenses only. These revenues are located in 4a above.

We provide a quarterly magazine periodic newsletters an annual calendar and a membership roster to all members. The newsletters and magazine contain information about our activities and articles of interest to vintage sport car enthusiasts. The roster facilitates the communication and congregation of out members.
