The organization's primary activity is providing low income housing to homeless families of new york state and operation of a building funded by low income housing tax credits. The organization maintains the housing facilities while partnering with vocational instruction project community services inc., an irs recognized 501(c)(3), to provide social services to the families. Above 65% of time will be dedicated to provided program services to the residents. The activities are funded by rental income from residents.
