Provide educational, vocational and recreational opportunities for the community. Ensure visitors to the mesquite fine arts center are welcomed and informed to the centers services, art displays, and upcoming events. We promote the center as a state of the art facility for visual arts programs. Ensure that the community is exposed to nationally recognized works of art through our states' traveling art displays. Ensure that we art programs for all ages.
