Virginia Council Of Teachers Of Mathematics

Provide professional development for teachers and administrators; provide communication among teachers and local organizations across the state; provide leadership and guidance related to the state standards of learning, and effective mathematics instruction for all grades, k through college; provide grants to local affiliates and to teachers to assist them in attending conferences or develop activities for the classroom; provide enriching and challenging activities for students and teachers to promote the enjoyment and appreciation of mathematics.
