Virginia Soccer Coaches Association

The purpose of the Virginia Soccer Coaches Association (here forth referred to as "VSCA") is to promote high school soccer in Virginia. To that end, the VSCA shall update it's website www.vsca.us ,conduct the ranking of teams, select the players for and run the East West Senior All-Star Games, assist the VHSL in selecting and recognizing all-region and all-state players and coaches, help the USC with the selection and recognition of All-Americans and coaches, offer proposals to the Virginia High School League (here forth "VHSL") for improvement to high school soccer rules, regulations and procedures, and do whatever else it deems necessary to promote Virginia high school soccer
